We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team and oversee construction projects in Dubai. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising building projects from start to handover, ensuring adherence to safety standards, cost control, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee construction projects in Dubai, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Lead and supervise project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and consultants, to ensure effective coordination and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and other relevant parties.
- Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, such as architects, engineers, suppliers, and local authorities, to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Foster a culture of safety on-site and enforce safety procedures to minimize accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project management staff, fostering their professional growth and development.
