Job Description

Position: Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Summary: As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for estimating future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products, ensuring a steady supply of essential items. You will also play a vital role in maintaining a positive reputation for the brand and continuously improving its operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating the performance of the restaurant staff, providing constructive feedback, and making appraisal decisions. Your goal will be to enhance the restaurant’s position by offering actionable insights and suggestions for refinement.

Responsibilities:

  1. Forecast and Estimate Future Needs:
    • Analyze current trends, customer demands, and historical data to estimate future requirements for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.
    • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and maintain optimal inventory levels.
    • Implement inventory management systems to track usage, minimize waste, and avoid shortages.
  2. Maintain Brand Reputation:
    • Uphold the restaurant’s image and reputation by ensuring consistent quality standards, excellent service, and adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, aiming for customer satisfaction and positive reviews.
