Job Description: Position: Operations Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Operations Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our office. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining a smoothly running office environment, fostering positive relationships with vendors and service providers, and ensuring all office equipment is functioning properly. Your role will involve handling various administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, managing supplies, and providing support to visitors. This position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure the smooth daily operations of the office.
- Foster and maintain good working relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Monitor and maintain the functionality of all office equipment, coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.
- Regularly monitor supply stock levels and place orders to replenish inventory.
- Greet and assist visitors, addressing their inquiries and providing necessary information.
- Organize and update files, documents, and records as required.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and perform basic clerical duties.
- Categorize inventory and maintain accurate inventory tracking.
- Plan and track shipments of final products based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate product delivery and manage logistics accordingly.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proficient computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively coordinate multiple schedules and prioritize tasks.
- Highly organized with a strong aptitude for problem-solving.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Friendly, approachable, and personable demeanor.
- Must currently be located in Riyadh, KSA with a transferable Iqama.
