Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the financial operations of a real estate developer, ensuring compliance with accounting functions related to developments, including properties for sale and investment holdings.
- Demonstrate expertise in accounting for leases of investment properties, accurately recording and reporting lease transactions, and maintaining lease-related financial records.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, such as VAT, Corporate Taxes, and RERA regulations, by staying updated on the latest developments and implementing appropriate financial strategies.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports, project feasibility studies, cash flows, and project financing documentation to support informed decision-making and facilitate successful project outcomes.
- Review, negotiate, and finalize contracts and agreements to protect the organization’s interests, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for real estate transactions.
