Job Description: Marketing and Business Development Specialist
A leading Saudi building material/engineering solutions company is seeking a Marketing and Business Development Specialist to focus on the construction market clients from both governmental and private sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
- Understanding and Promoting Company Products and Services: Gain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
- Strong Experience in Riyadh Construction Projects Market: Possess extensive knowledge and experience in the Riyadh construction projects market, including a solid understanding of key contractors, their networks, and industry dynamics.
- Generating New Leads: Proactively identify and generate new leads within the targeted sector to expand the company’s client base and market reach.
- Detailed Client Requirement and Project Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis and understand client requirements and project conditions in detail, ensuring accurate alignment of the company’s offerings with client needs.
- Collaboration with Sales Departments: Collaborate closely with the sales departments to identify and pursue sales opportunities that arise from new leads and client engagements.
- Building and Maintaining Long-term Business Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term business relationships with clients, decision-makers, and top management, fostering trust and loyalty to maximize opportunities for growth and partnership.
