As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. Your responsibilities will include conducting preventive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing equipment, performing reactive breakdown repairs, and making modifications as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend breakdowns and assist mechanical teams, promptly responding to fault reports
- Work closely with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime and support improvement tasks to increase plant performance
- Carry out preventative and planned maintenance, keeping relevant systems up to date
- Ability to fault find and test semi- and fully automated equipment
- Maintain and improve department and site housekeeping standards
- Read and analyze PLC data to diagnose solutions
