This role involves leading and planning development across large or multiple teams, providing expertise in technical areas or specialisms.

Responsibilities:

Implement the software development life cycle, including building, maintaining, testing, delivering, releasing, and documenting user-friendly and customer-centric software solutions
Adhere to and apply Vitality’s defined technical and process standards to ensure effective risk management and data protection
Ensure solutions are user-focused, strategically aligned, and integrated across multiple teams and platforms to meet business needs
Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and achieve desired outcomes
Develop personal skills and expertise aligned with the role
Collaborate effectively within and across teams to achieve required results
