They should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet visitors and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, redirecting calls as necessary.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members.
- Receive and distribute mail and packages.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
