Job Description: Receptionist

Location: Doha, Qatar

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

We are seeking a skilled and personable Receptionist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be the face of our company, providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and guests. They should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet visitors and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, redirecting calls as necessary.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members.
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
