Job Description:
Position: RAN Core Engineer
We are seeking a skilled RAN Core Engineer to join our team. As a RAN Core Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the Radio Access Network (RAN) Core infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of the RAN Core elements and optimizing their performance.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the RAN Core infrastructure to meet network requirements.
- Configure and integrate RAN Core elements, including the Mobile Switching Center (MSC), Media Gateway (MGW), and Serving GPRS Support Node (SGSN).
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting activities to ensure the availability and reliability of the RAN Core network.
- Monitor the performance of RAN Core elements and proactively identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network expansion and upgrades.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to RAN Core networks.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
