Job Description:

  • Administer the UK payroll and benefits using the ADP iHCM system.
  • Interface with payroll vendors in other countries.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant country legislation and internal policies, ensuring that all policies are up to date.
  • Collaborate with the HR Operations team to receive payroll instructions and maintain various payroll systems, ensuring accurate input of all payroll changes (e.g., new hires, terminations, salary increases).
  • Manage and coordinate the annual RSU (Restricted Stock Units) process with HR Operations and payroll vendors.
  • Resolve issues and answer employee questions, seeking advice from payroll vendors when necessary.
