As a Counter Fraud Policy Investigator, your responsibilities would include identifying and investigating insurance fraud, managing cases within process guidelines and regulatory requirements, communicating with customers to address their concerns, preventing and detecting fraud, conducting cognitive investigation interviews, and providing guidance to key stakeholders within the organization.
