The key responsibilities of the Production Manager include:

1. Leading and coordinating the workflow of repairs within DLG Auto Services, ensuring financial, volume, and quality targets are met.
2. Adhering to all blueprint, procedural, and BS10125 regulations at all times.
3. Being accountable for meeting and improving customer satisfaction targets.
4. Achieving and maintaining “best practice” and “lean activities” as directed by the business strategy.
5. Meeting budget sales and cost targets on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
6. Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and procedures and monitoring the use and storage of personal protective equipment (PPE).
7. Achieving departmental and site productivity goals through effective holiday planning, workshop loading, scheduling, motivation, and performance management of staff.
8. Meeting or exceeding target levels for customer satisfaction as measured by The Leadership Factor.
9. Fulfilling all legal and head office submissions required by the company.
10. Completing the Group Learning Policy to a level of 100% on a quarterly basis.
11. Following the Standard Operating Procedure in accordance with policy standards.
12. Conducting regular one-on-one meetings and quarterly reviews in a timely manner.
13. Assisting the center manager in talent identification and succession planning.
