Job Description:
- Preparation and filing of financial and tax reports: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and tax returns in compliance with UAE regulations.
- Communication with UAE tax authorities: Act as the point of contact for tax officials and other state authorities, addressing any inquiries or requests related to financial matters.
- Monitoring changes in UAE legislation: Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations in the UAE, ensuring compliance and implementing necessary adjustments in financial reporting.
- Contract review for tax compliance: Review business contracts to identify potential tax risks and ensure compliance with current UAE legislation.
- Bank operations and KYC compliance: Manage current account operations with banks, including analyzing Know Your Customer (KYC) data and initiating KYC changes when necessary.
- Financial analysis: Conduct financial analysis of business operations, providing accurate assessments to support top-level management in making critical business decisions.
- Budget planning and control: Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets to ensure efficient financial management and cost control.
- Annual audit facilitation: Coordinate with independent evaluators to facilitate a smooth annual audit process, providing accurate transaction records and balances for the companies.
