Job Description: The UK Corporate Immigration Senior Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Immigration Specialists and providing advice on all UK immigration matters to corporate clients. The main responsibilities of the role include:

1. Leading UK and global engagements, including compliance and consulting projects.
2. Overseeing service delivery, including reviewing and signing off on advice, meeting SLAs and KPIs, and reviewing casework as required.
3. Providing guidance on complex cross-border immigration issues, such as the impact of Brexit, COVID-19, and remote working.
4. Assisting the team with complex cases, escalations, and providing solutions.
5. Identifying opportunities for improving service delivery and implementing new technologies.
6. Managing the performance of team members, identifying training and development needs, and providing coaching.
7. Acting as a contact point for queries and fee requests from overseas offices.
8. Supporting the Director in the team, client service, and financial strategies.
