Finance Assistant – Luxury Brand

Are you meticulous and detail-oriented, with a passion for finance and luxury brands? We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join our prestigious global luxury brand client’s Finance team. As a Trainee/Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the Accounts Payable Financial Accountant and contributing to the overall success of our Finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage invoicing and maintain the purchase ledger, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Address supplier and staff queries promptly and professionally.
  • Lead the monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, including prepayments and accounts payable control.
  • Process and reimburse staff expenses, ensuring compliance with the Travel & Expense policy and proper VAT treatment.
  • Utilize your proficiency in SAP, Coupa, and Kyriba systems to streamline financial processes.
  • Leverage strong Excel skills to analyze and present financial data effectively.
