Finance Assistant – Luxury Brand

Are you meticulous and detail-oriented, with a passion for finance and luxury brands? We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join our prestigious global luxury brand client’s Finance team. As a Trainee/Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the Accounts Payable Financial Accountant and contributing to the overall success of our Finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage invoicing and maintain the purchase ledger, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Address supplier and staff queries promptly and professionally.
Lead the monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, including prepayments and accounts payable control.
Process and reimburse staff expenses, ensuring compliance with the Travel & Expense policy and proper VAT treatment.
Utilize your proficiency in SAP, Coupa, and Kyriba systems to streamline financial processes.
Leverage strong Excel skills to analyze and present financial data effectively.
