Job Description: Business Development Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth and expansion of PSDSARC (Public Sector Development Services and Reconstruction Committee) by developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy. The successful candidate will focus on engaging with Ministries and Government bodies, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new opportunities, and staying updated on local business trends and regulatory developments. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the PSDSARC team to achieve overall organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the business development strategy for PSDSARC, with a focus on ongoing discussions and projects with Ministries and Government bodies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both within and outside of Saudi Arabia, including government entities, clients, and partners, to identify new opportunities and stay informed about local business trends and regulatory changes.
- Develop and implement strategic communications plans to promote PSDSARC’s product/project offerings.
- Collaborate closely with the rest of the PSDSARC team to ensure that all business development activities align with the organization’s overall strategy and goals.
- Stay updated with local industry trends and emerging competitors, providing insights and recommendations to the team.
- Develop and implement administrative and personnel policies and procedures.
- Manage the personnel area, including all related services.
- Build and manage databases, ensuring accuracy of client and end-user data.
- Facilitate and provide support for all company events.
- Continuously monitor and assess market conditions, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes.
