Candidate Requirements:

Interest in Working in Canada: Candidates should have a strong interest in working in Canada, as the position is based there, and relocation or rotation may be necessary.
Educational Qualification: A degree in Quantity Surveying, preferably a BSc degree, is required.
MRICS Status: Ideally, candidates should have obtained MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) status.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in major infrastructure projects is required.
Commercial Management: Strong commercial management and project experience are essential for this role.
Client Relationship Management: The ability to build and maintain client relationships is a crucial aspect of the job.
Team Leadership: Candidates should have experience in leading teams on major construction projects.
Commercial Strategies: The ability to develop commercial strategies and lead contractual negotiations is expected.
Flexibility: Candidates should be open to working on an 11-week on and 2-week off rotation or be willing to relocate as necessary.

Language Skills: Fluent spoken and written French is required for the Montreal area.
